KARA CRALL
Kara Crall serves as VP of Operations for the Persona Healthcare Direct team. Kara works directly with employers to assist with the onboarding of their employees to the Persona community. Kara is also directly responsible for coordinating customer service needs for our members by working closely with the HR team for each of our employer groups. She serves as accounts manager overseeing all the day-to-day business operations. Kara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Florida. Kara is happily married to her husband Eric and is a proud mom to four children and four grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, is a wine enthusiast and loves to read.
