A Florida native, Dr. Nath was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL. She graduated as a knight from the University of Central Florida and went on to attend Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL, where she graduated in 2021. Upon graduating, she underwent her family medicine residency training at Manatee Memorial Hospital from 2021-2024. Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, she is experienced in understanding the health needs of the community and is dedicated to serving her patients accordingly. She saw an amazing opportunity in direct primary care to incorporate her personal touch in medicine and proudly joined Dr. Gero at Aspire DPC in August 2024. In addition to full spectrum family medicine, Dr. Nath is also trained in OMT which is a hands-on treatment method. Doctors of osteopathic medicine (DOs) use OMT to treat mechanical pain (muscle, tendon or bone pain due to structural imbalance) and a wide range of health conditions. Dr. Nath can use OMT to diagnose and prevent disease and help your body function better. Using several OMT techniques, Dr. Nath applies gentle pressure to manipulate the muscles, soft tissues and joints. The treatment encourages your body to heal itself by ensuring that your bones and muscles are aligned and balanced properly.
