Dr. Lainey Kieffer is a National Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing personalized and comprehensive care to her patients. She began her career as a registered nurse in Miami, Florida where she grew up and received her education from the University of Miami. 

Dr. Kieffer’s commitment to continuous learning is evident in her achievements, including her Doctorate in Nursing in 2014. Her belief that individualized care is the key to keeping patients healthy has driven her to create Prime Care VIP, a membership-based Direct Primary Care service that prioritizes close relationships and quality time with patients.

In her role as a Nurse Practitioner at an academic institution, Dr. Kieffer was responsible for overseeing a panel of over 2,500 patients. With Prime Care VIP, she is able to provide even more personalized care, making house calls and spending quality time with each patient to get to know them on a deeper level. Her goal is to bring back the kind of healthcare that was provided years ago, where providers were accessible and easily reachable.
